The account will be credited within 10 minutes after successful payment, and related game items will be obtained.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Games and products you purchase through the lineagem.tw are generally eligible for a refund. These products are marked “refundable”. If a game or product is marked as "non-refundable", then it is not eligible for a refund. Products that include virtual currency or other consumables are marked “non-refundable” and are not eligible for refund. Also, most in-app purchases are non-refundable. Epic cannot provide refunds for purchases made outside of the lineagem.tw.
When are products eligible for a refund?
Games and products are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if they are marked as “refundable” or “self-refundable”. However, you must have less than 2 hours of runtime on record. Products that include virtual currency or other consumables and products or games that are marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for refund.
You will not be eligible for refunds for games or products from which you have been banned or for which you have otherwise violated the terms of service. In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if Our determines that you are abusing the refund policy.

1. Cancellation of Services
To cancel service, customer must provide us with a written 7 day notice of cancellation. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized, service will continue and Customer is responsible for paying for said service or services. Upon expiration of customer-provided notice of cancellation, terminate immediately.
3. Early Cancellation
Customer may cancel service, without penalty, by providing written notice at least 7 days before the first scheduled service will take place.
